BOOKING
A trial makeup service is available at a rate of $60.00.
Trials must be booked at least one (1) day before the scheduled makeup service.
A patch test is available and offered to all clients. Please refer to the separate Patch Test Agreement attached to this contract for full details.
Booked Time
The makeup artist and client will agree on the start and end time for the makeup service(s). This agreed time will be written in the contract as:
All clients must be on time and at the agreed location when their time slot begins. Services are scheduled back‑to‑back with no breaks between clients, so everyone must be ready when the agreed time starts.
SCHEDULE
Your date is only secured once both of the following have been received:
A signed copy of this contract, and
A $50.00 deposit.
The deposit is non‑refundable and non‑transferable. No date will be held or reserved until the signed contract and deposit have been received.
TRIALS
A late fee of $10.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes a client is late to the agreed location and time.
If the client has not arrived within one hour, the appointment will be considered a no‑show, and the full agreed price of the makeup service will be due.

Payment
The client will be invoiced for the total cost of services by the makeup artist. Each invoice will include a clearly stated payment due date.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the booked appointment.
